A private record is not the same as official registration
Things like an Ownership Passport or Proof of Creation are private records inside Poesis. They help you keep clear proof of what you made. They are not the same as a right granted by the government.

Poesis helps you get ready, stay organized, and have our team file with the office using your authorization. Official registration only comes from the government. Status updates are checked by our team from office records, not a live feed. Idea Grader and Layer 1 Proof of Creation are not government registration. Trademark filing happens after you Authorize. No outcome is guaranteed.

Uploading to Poesis does not transfer ownership of your creations to us.

What status labels mean
- Protected by Proof: you have a private record of what you made
- Application Prepared: your package is ready, but it has not been sent yet
- Application Submitted: our team sent it to the Philippine government office for you. It is not registered yet.
- Registered: only after the government office confirms it
How this works today
When you clearly say yes for a specific application, someone on our team prepares it and submits it to the Philippine government office that handles this kind of protection. Later we hope to make that path more direct. For now, your timeline shows the real work our team and that office have done.
What Poesis does not do
- We are not the government office.
- We do not grant official ownership rights ourselves.
- We do not give legal advice, and we cannot promise approval.
- We do not sell your creations as training data.
- We do not hide fees. Government costs stay separate.
