What we collect
Things like your name and email, profile choices, files you upload, answers you give while preparing an application, messages you send through the guided creation journey, payment status from our payment partner, and basic usage data so the product can run.
How we use it
To help you prepare what you need, keep records of your work, give guidance when AI features are on, process payments, send service messages, and improve Poesis. We do not sell your personal data.
Who helps us
We use trusted partners to run Poesis. That includes Supabase for accounts, storage, and the database; OpenRouter (and the inference provider behind the model we route to) when AI guidance is turned on; and Stripe when card payments are enabled. They only get what they need to do that job.
Your files
Files you upload stay in your account storage. We may also keep a secure fingerprint and timestamp as a private record that you made something at a certain time. You decide what you upload.
How long we keep it
We keep account and order data while your account is active, and longer when the law asks us to. You can ask us to delete your account. Some records may need to stay if the law requires it.
Your choices
You can update your profile in the app, turn optional features off, and contact us if you want to see or delete your information.
