What we collect
Account details (name, email), profile choices, portfolio uploads, application form answers, chat messages with the advisor, payment status from our payment provider, and basic usage data needed to run the product.
How we use it
To provide prep tools, generate packets, run AI guidance features, process payments, send service messages, and improve Poesis. We do not sell your personal data.
Processors
We use infrastructure and service providers such as Supabase (auth, database, file storage), Anthropic (AI advisor features when enabled), and Stripe (card payments when enabled). Their processing is limited to providing those services.
Files and proof hashes
Files you upload are stored in your account storage. We may store a cryptographic hash and timestamp as a proof-of-creation record. You control what you upload.
Retention
We keep account and order data while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, or dispute reasons. You may request deletion of your account; some records may be retained where the law requires.
Your choices
You can update profile settings in the app, turn off optional monitoring toggles, and contact us to ask about access or deletion.
